Hair Salon Policies

We are often booked out several weeks in advance at our hair salon. When our guests reserve time for an appointment, we have committed to turning other guests away from the time that has been reserved. Although we understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur which could cause someone to cancel an appointment last minute, we request a 24-hour notice for all cancellations to allow us the opportunity to fill the time that was originally reserved. Our cancellation policy is in place to help us manage our schedule effectively. When we experience last minute cancellations or no-show appointments, it severely affects our personal income. Without notice, it is very difficult to replace the cancelled appointment with another one, if we can at all. For this reason, we reserve the right to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the original service price if this notice is not provided. We also reserve the right to request a credit card to hold a future reservation or deny reservations to repeat offenders in line with our no-show policy. We thank you so much for supporting our business and trusting us to keep you beautiful. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you, and we appreciate your understanding.

1ST NO-SHOW OR CANCELLATION WITH LESS THAN A 24 HOUR NOTICE

You're forgiven! We understand that things happen, and we won't hold a grudge—promise! Just a reminder, our cancellation policy and no-show policy are in place to help us manage appointments at the hair salon.

2ND NO-SHOW OR CANCELLATION WITH LESS THAN A 24 HOUR NOTICE

Life gets busy, and we understand that—our hair salon is busy too! In line with our cancellation policy, on a second offense, we may ask for your credit card number to reserve a future appointment. By providing us with this information, you acknowledge that if this appointment is cancelled or falls under our no-show policy, your card will be charged a minimum fee of $50, up to 50% of the originally scheduled appointment. We find it uncomfortable to ask, and we hope we never have to.

3RD NO-SHOW OR CANCELLATION WITH LESS THAN A 24 HOUR NOTICE

When a guest cancels in less than 24 hours or violates our no-show policy for a third time, we understand that you may not be ready to commit to our hair salon or its policies. Consequently, we will release you to explore other options. We reserve the right to deny any future appointments. If you wish to make one final attempt at redemption, a fee of $50 per missed appointment and 100% of the scheduled service will be required via credit card over the phone.
