Cancellation Policy

We are often booked out several weeks in advance. When our guests reserve time for an appointment, we have committed to turning other guests away from the time that has been reserved. Although we understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur which could cause someone to have to cancel an appointment last minute, we request a 24-hour notice for all cancellations to allow us the opportunity to fill the time that was originally reserved. When we experience last minute cancellations or "no-show" appointments, it severely affects their personal income. Without notice, it is very difficult to replace the cancelled appointment with another one, if we can at all. For this reason, we reserve the right to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the original service price if this is not provided. We also reserve the right to request a credit card to hold a future reservation or deny reservations to repeat offenders. We thank you so much for supporting our business and trusting us to keep you beautiful. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you and we appreciate your understanding.

Life gets busy and we get it--we are busy too! On a second offense, we may ask for your credit card number to reserve a future appointment. By providing us this information, you are sharing that you understand that should this appointment be cancelled or "no-showed", your card will be charged a minimum fee of $50 up to 50% of the originally scheduled appointment. This gets uncomfortable for us to ask-we hope we never have to.
